Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Fill out the return authorization form included in your original parcel, specifying whether you would like a refund or a store credit.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service to ensure they arrive safely.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or issue your store credit within 3-5 business days.
